Character: White micro powder, with uniform particle size, easy to disperse, stable chemical properties, moderate high-temperature shrinkage performance, and good sintering performance; High conversion rate and low sodium content.

 

Performance: The basic raw materials for producing heat-resistant, wear-resistant, and corrosion-resistant products, such as high aluminum refractory materials, high-strength ceramic products, automotive spark plugs, grinding materials, etc., have reliable quality, high melting point, good thermal stability, high hardness, good wear resistance, high mechanical strength, good electrical insulation, and corrosion resistance. They are widely used in shaped and unshaped refractory materials, refractory castable binders, wear-resistant grinding tools, high-purity refractory fibers, special ceramics Mirror polishing of decorative materials such as electronic ceramics, structural ceramics, stainless steel, granite, etc.

 

Purpose: It can meet the requirements of users with different purposes and process conditions. High temperature alumina is produced by using industrial alumina, aluminum hydroxide, and additive technology for low-temperature phase inversion calcination, followed by advanced grinding technology and process to produce activated alumina micropowder, which is characterized by high activity and fine particle size. Especially suitable for shaped products and refractory castables, plastic, repair materials, gunning materials, coating materials and other amorphous refractory materials, it has a strong effect on improving the high-temperature strength of refractory materials and improving their corrosion resistance.
