However, the thermal decomposition method of ammonium aluminum carbonate does not produce sulfur dioxide to pollute the atmosphere.


Due to the pursuit of low-cost and large-scale by most enterprises in China, most research work focuses on the production and research and development of low-end (purity less than 3N) pseudo boehmite and its subsequent products, leading to a serious dependence on imports for high-end SB powder in China. Although domestic units such as China Petroleum and Chemical Corporation's Institute of Stokes and Guizhou University have also conducted research on the preparation of high-purity pseudo boehmite, due to insufficient research work, domestic SB powder cannot enter the high-end market due to insufficient quality indicators such as purity, microstructure, and particle size, making it difficult to meet the demand of the high-end market.
