Pseudoboehmite, also known as pseudoboehmite or alumina monohydrate, is formed during the synthesis of aluminum hydroxide and is also a transitional state of aluminum hydroxide. The crystal structure in this state is also incomplete, and the common shape is a thin folded layer.



Pseudoboehmite has incomplete ice molecules and many unique properties, such as spatial network structure, large pores, specific surface area, and the thixotropy of viscous colloids in acidic environments. And these characteristics make pseudo boehmite a completely different type of aluminum hydroxide.


Pseudo boehmite can be used as a binder for semi synthetic rare earth Y zeolite cracking catalysts, a binder for aluminum silicate refractory fibers, a catalyst for alcohol dehydration to ethylene, and a catalyst for ethane deoxidation. It can also be used as a catalyst carrier and as a raw material for aluminum salts such as activated alumina. γ- Al2O3 is widely used as a catalyst carrier, catalyst, and adsorbent after calcination at 400-700 ℃. After calcination at 1100-1200 ℃, nano particles can be obtained α- Al2O3 is widely used as a coating additive, advanced ceramics, efficient catalysts in petrochemical industry, submicron grinding and polishing materials, cosmetic fillers, and inorganic film materials. It is a new material with broad development prospects.


1. Product Description: This product is non-toxic, odorless, and odorless. The wet product is white and colloidal, while the dry powder is white as the powder. The pore size is mainly evenly distributed, with a large volume and good water absorption. High radial purity, good molding technical performance, and thixotropic gel material characteristics. The product has good dispersibility in production, is easily soluble in strong acid and alkali reaction solutions, and has good molding process performance.


2. Packaging and storage: It is planned to use woven bags for packaging of boehmite. Store in a cool, well ventilated, and dry warehouse.


3. Main purpose:

This product is mainly used as a raw material for catalyst carrier activated alumina, such as a raw material for hydrogenation catalysts, a carrier for hydrogenation catalysts, and an oxychlorination catalyst.


It can also be used as a molding binder for studying zeolite and silicate refractory fibers and their products, such as a binder for semi synthesizing a rare earth Y-type zeolite cracking reaction catalyst.


This product is a good basic raw material for producing various aluminum salts in enterprises. After forming, it can serve as a main carrier for desiccants, adsorbents, and catalysts with different structural shapes.


Pseudo boehmite can be widely used in industries such as petrochemicals, fertilizers, silicate products, and environmental protection.
